Clinical Psychology

My name is Dr. Steve Davidson and I counsel adults, adolescents, and older children (8 years and older) in a number of capacities, for many reasons. Specifically, I focus on psychological testing (e.g., intelligence, personality), neuropsychological screening for personal development and school-based issues, and child management.  In counseling I address goals and dreams, strengths and skill-building while treating the following issues:

Organizational Consulting

Many of the same issues that arise in family systems also occur in organizations - communication, relationships, coping with stress and goal achievement.   I meet with the staff in either one-on-one sessions or present to the entire group, not only helping them discover their objectives, but also offering guidance in accomplishing those goals, thereby improving the morale of the company in general.
